Program Coordinator Physician Education

Location: Oakland, California;

Responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for the implementation and delivery of physician education programs and to ensure compliance with educational accreditation criteria.

Essential Functions:
- Provides planning and administrative oversight to the implementation of complex educational programs, meetings and conferences for TPMG physicians.
- Serves as administrative liaison between program manager and others within and outside the organization.
-Interacts on a regular basis with TPMG Executive Staff and TPMG Board of Directors, government and compliance agencies, vendors and contractors.
-Supports facility education departments by providing administrative oversight, budget oversight and resource allocation.
-Maintains databases that track required compliance data Designs, develops and maintains databases for educational programs and for educational tracking purposes.
-Develops timeliness and budgets, monitors expenditures and ensures regular progress reports are received by program manager.
-Manages design, development and production of program materials.
- Coordinates speaker and faculty participation by design and development of high-quality materials and audio-visual presentation.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree required, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
- N/A

Additional Requirements:
- Understanding of organizational strategic priorities and understanding of educational priorities for TPMG Physicians.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Event and meeting planning experience preferred.
